CAPACITY PRODUCTION
The Production Division is equipped with a wide range of instrumentation that allow to satisfy the widest variety of production requests, from small to large quantities.
Our facility is equipped with:
– Turboemulsifier 10 kg – 50 kg – 100 kg – 300 kg
– Steel Mixers with production capacity of 50 kg – 100 kg – 200 kg – 500 kg
FILLING
In filling area are installed these machines:
– Filler for vials from 2 ml to 15 ml
– Semi-automatic and automatic pneumatic Fillers for liquids, creams and tensiolitics
– Automatic packaging machine (Single Dose) with minimum quantities of 3000 pcs from 1 ml to up
– Filler and semi-automatic and automatic welding machine for plastic pipes of various sizes
The diversification of automatic and semi-automatic machines can meet both the needs of small and large production volumes.
PACKAGING
In the packaging area are installed these instruments:
– Stamping
– Labelingi
WAREHOUSE
The system has divided areas according to the guidelines of GMP 22716 designed to:
